RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want our customers to LOVE their purchase.  Don’t like what you see?  No problem. You can return it within 7 working days after you received it for a full refund, provided that it is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original sealed packaging.  Note that we do not refund the original shipping cost and you will also be liable for the return shipping cost.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Repackage the product.
  2. Email us with the intent to return a product at info@pricecrushers.co.za
  3. We will then arrange for the courier company to collect the parcel.

Please allow for at least 5 business days for your refund to process after we have received and inspected the returned product.

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT IS DAMAGED OR THERE ARE MISSING PARTS?

No problem. You can return it within 7 working days after you received it, provided that it is unused and in its original packaging.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Repackage the product.
  2. Email us at info@pricecrushers.co.za and please provide pictures if possible and where applicable.
  3. We will then arrange for the courier company to collect the parcel.

After receipt and inspection, we will immediately ship a replacement.  Alternatively, if it involves a missing part, you keep the product and we will ship the missing part.  All courier fees will be for our account. Please note that timelines may be affected by stock availability.

Note: Damaged products will not be refunded and only replaced with the same product.  However, If the product in question cannot be replaced by us e.g. end of line product, then a full refund, including shipping fees, will be arranged.

YOU ORDERED PRODUCT “A” BUT WE SENT YOU PRODUCT “B”

Oh Shucks!  Drop us a mail within 7 working days.  Please keep the product unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

After receipt and inspection, we will immediately ship the correct product.  All courier fees will be for our account. Please note that timelines may be affected by stock availability.

ELECTRONIC/ELECTRIC PRODUCTS:

If an electric or electronic product malfunctions, it can be returned within 6 months after delivery pending the following conditions:

  1. The product is not damaged in any way whatsoever, besides normal wear and tear.
  2. The product was used only for its intended purposes.
  3. The defect or damage was not caused by negligence, carelessness, accident, misuse or abuse.

  3. We will then arrange for the courier company to collect the parcel.

After receipt, testing, investigating and inspection, we will immediately ship a replacement.  All courier fees will be for our account. Please note that timelines may be affected by stock availability.

OTHER THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • If your order is a gift for someone else, then please make sure you fully inspect it upon receipt as no refunds or exchanges will be entertained after the 7 working days grace as described above.
  • All goods in transit are insured against loss, theft or damages.
  • The above are mere guidelines and not cast in stone.  We want you to be happy so never hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost best to work something out.
  • We reserve the right to apply this policy or any portion thereof at our own discretion and any attempt to abuse it will be dealt with accordingly.
