Shipment processing time
All orders will be processed within 1 business day, alternatively the next business day if an order is placed after 12H00 on any business day.
Note: Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays and if imposed, any Government Lockdown restrictions or Load Shedding could adversely affect delivery times.

If you were able to place an order, it means that we have the product in stock in our warehouse and it is ready for shipment.

SURCHARGES: In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Townships, Remote Areas, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery as to recover any additional charges.
Volumetric Weight
In the event that your order exceeds the 5kg weight limit, either in real or volumetric weight, whichever is the highest, the shipping fees will increase at R5 per additional kg or a portion thereof. Should your order require more parcels then the price will increase per parcel as well, so please monitor the shipping calculation while checking out.
Volumetric weight is calculated as follows:
Length x Width x Height divided by 4000
Shipment to P.O. boxes
No shipping will be done to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
